GENERAL FEE INFO:
*Character design/ custom characters fee: 30$.*Extra versions fee: +50% base price each.*Extra Character: 50% base price.*Major changes fee: 15$ each.*Complex Backgrounds (detailed backgrounds): +60% base price.*EXPRESS COMMISSION: If you need your commission to be ready faster, the fee is +70% the base price.*Privacy fee: +35% base price.NSFW CATEGORY:*Kink/Fetish fee: +35%-50% depending of the nature and context of the commission.*REAL LIFE REFERENCES: +50%-70% may vary depending of the exhibition and context of the content. (genitalia, lewd, intercourse, lingerine, etc)

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to everything below:

  1. I can upload your commission to my social media, if you don't want your commission to be uploaded, the PRIVATE fee will be added to your total price. If you wish to remain anonymous, please inform me before I finish your order.

  2. The pieces can't be used for commercial use unless the COMMERCIAL fee is paid.

  3. You can post or edit your piece as long I'm credited as the artist.

  4. Please send clear references, any character design process have an extra fee.

  5. Only 5 edits or corrections on sketch stage (this condition may vary on the case).

  6. Major changes have an extra fee.

  7. DO NOT REMOVE THE WATER MARK

  8. I reserve the right to DECLINE a commission.

  9. WORK SCHEDULE: I do not work on sundays, so it's probably that I won't answer DMs or Emails on that day.

  10. I work in order of payment, if you wish to have a preferencial treatment and timing, there is a express fee

  11. Turns arounds may vary, I'll always keep comunication active with you ♡

Payments and refunds

  • Full Payment must be made after rough sketch approval. Partial payments will depend on your "record" as a client.

  • Payments must be done via Paypal invoice, Zelle or Binance. Direct paypal payments will be checked and confirmed.

  • If you change your mind at the sketch stage and want to cancell your commission, you will have a 60% refund . After Sketch-lineart stage there are no refunds.

  • Adoptables have no refund.

  • If you can't pay at the moment, your commission will be on hold on the queue until the payment is done, this is to avoid work accumulation and in consideration of the other clients in my queue.

NSFW REAL LIFE REFERENCES:

  • PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE DONE 100% UPFRONT BEFORE SENDING THE PHOTOGRAPHY/ REFERENCE. THIS IS A WAY TO SAFEGUARD THE ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION.

  • I RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE THE COMMISSION IF THE NATURE OF THE EXCHANGE TURNS INTO SOMETHING OUT OF THE PROFESSIONAL CLIENT-ARTIST RELATIONSHIP.

  • ALL REAL LIFE REFERENCES (of the client or someone related to them) MUST HAVE CENSORED FACES IN CASE OF NSFW COMMISSIONS.

  • IF THE PHOTOGRAPHY/REFERENCES BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE, IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE CONSENT OF THIS PERSON. I WON'T BE RESPOSABLE FOR ANY INCONVENIENT, I'M JUST DOING MY PART AS A PAID ILLUSTRATOR.

  • NSFW PORTRAITS WON'T BE POSTED ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA. THE PRIVATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE PIECE.

  • PORTRAITS AND SFW REFERENCES ARE PERFECTLY FINE.
